Private, hands-on workshops with the toolkit maintainers

Build FinOps capability on your own data

Focused Microsoft FinOps sessions on your environment and your questions, with a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a result your team keeps.

How a workshop runs

One agreed result, and the method behind it

We bring the method; your team brings the environment and the questions.

Align

We start with your tenant, your billing accounts, and the cost decision the result has to support. No generic discovery: we start from your own environment.

Build

We work in your own Azure environment together, inside the scope we agreed. Questions about the toolkit, FOCUS, or your own data get answered where the work happens, not afterwards.

Leave with it

You leave with a result your team can use, explain, and build on without us.

Common questions

Before we get to work

Still not sure? The answers below cover scope, prerequisites and how delivery is organized.

Are workshops private to our team?

Yes. Every workshop is a private, hands-on session built around your tenant, your data, and the outcome you need next.

Do we need FinOps hubs already running?

Not for every workshop. The kickstart sets one up with you on your live data, and FOCUS & KQL can fall back to a demo environment if you do not have a hub yet. Build your own dashboard needs your own hub, because the result is published on your data. Each detail page states what it needs before we start.

How does scheduling work?

Delivered remotely and privately to your team. We agree how the work is organized when we plan your delivery.

What do we leave with?

A result your team keeps and can build on: a hub set up on your live data, a query library, an access model, a published dashboard, a cost map, a commitment process, or a tested AI configuration. Every detail page states what its fixed price covers, what we tailor, and where a bigger request goes.

Not sure which workshop fits?

Tell us what you need to build. We’ll help you select the right workshop, or tell you when a workshop is not the right shape for it.
